The acid base-balance

A body is healthy when its cells, tissues, glands and organs have been cleaned of waste products. An abundance of minerals means beauty. (…) The acid-base-balance is in equilibrium. An accumulation of waste products and toxic residues in the body has a corrosive effect on cells, tissues, glands, organs, joints and all connective tissue.

Ageing is therefore a progressive accumulation of waste products in body tissue coupled with a depletion of minerals for the purpose af acid neutralization. Ageing is also an progression of corrosive effects caused by acids damaging our glands and bodily functions,  until we are no longer capable of functioning properly.

Accumulating over time acid formations leads to acid rigor in the connective tissue and results in therapy-resistance.

The following factors lead to impurity deposits:

  • The intake of body-toxic substances (e.g. acid-forming food and drinks, bad quality food, the use of bad quality cosmetic products  with a low pH value inhaled toxic substances from air pollution or cigarette smoke,).
  • Misguided metabolism (digesting problems, due to weakness of the intestine system or the immune-defense system).
  • Dead teeth, dental implants
  • Fungal growth (Mycosis)
The diseases of metabolic surplus-acids (hyperacidity)

The diseases of metabolic surplus-acids (hyperacidity)

Over-acidified bodily tissue: various symptoms, which are often dismissed as mere discomfort such as hair-loss, cold feet and hand, sweaty feet, cellulite, migraine, tooth decay, acne, diarrhoe, constipation, hyperactivity, exhaustion, heartburn.

Over-acidified vessels and cartilages: Allergies, arteriosclerosis, high blood pressure, high cholesterol levels, circulatory problems, varicose veins, osteoarthritis, rheumatism, diseases related to the lymphatic system, edemas.

Over-acidified skin appendages and glands: Osteoporosis, glandular diseases, prostatic hyperplasia, pancreatic disorders (diabetes), leg ulcer, liver damage, kidney and gall stones.

Over-acidified nervous system: Parkinson, Alzheimer, strokes, glaucoma, cataract, tinnitus, sudden deafness, increased susceptibility to stress and to infections.

Heavy metal contamination!! (the deposit of toxic substances and aluminium in the connective tissue gradually increases as the level of hyperacidosity rises)

Therapy-resistence!!

How to recognize your individual acid level
  • Extra-cellular hyperacidity: measuring the pH value of the urine allows conclusions about the urinary excretion.
  • Intra-cellular hyperacidity: naturopathic dark field blood diagnostic.
What to do? – Regulation of the acid-base-balance
  • Reduce acid-forming food and drinks , have an adequate fluid intake
  • Prefer a diet rich in minerals
  • Reset the metabolism to reinforcing the immune defense system
  • Carry out dental restoration
  • Detoxify yourself
  • Use cosmetic products with a high pH Value (counteracts the deposits of impuritiy within the skin and removes acids from skin and tissue by diffusion).
First principles of the acid-base- balance
  • Acids have a negative effect on the whole metabolism
  • Basic nutrients such as potassium, magnesium, calcium and sodium are essential for cell metabolism
  • Basic nutrients neutralize acids by converting them into salts, which can then be eliminated by the kidneys or through the skin (reason why the sweat smells salty)
  • If the neutralization process fails, the acids are diluted (intra- and extra-cellular) in order to avoid acid damage, the diluted water causes swelling in the tissue – Edemas in the connective tissue appear (e.g. tired puffy eyes).
