Supplementary health insurance reimbursement plans generally cover the cost of alternative medical treatment. The scope of benefits and range of methods varies depending on the insurance company and plan. It is advised that patients consult the relevant health or accident insurance company in advance to treatment. Request for reimbursement is the responsibility of the patient.

PAYMENT
Invoices are sent directly to the patient, who is then responsible for forwarding the request for reimbursement to their supplementary health insurance provider or accident insurance provider. Invoices are payable without deduction within 30 days from the date of issue. A late payment fee of CHF 15.00 per reminder will be charged in the case of outstanding invoices.

APPOINTMENTS
The actual treatment time is 50 minutes, while the remaining 10 minutes are reserved for administrative matters (follow-up appointments, payment matters, etc.). In the case of late arrivals, appointments will not run over the appointed time and the full price will be charged. Please bear in mind that no-shows or appointments not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged (pursuant to Article 97 OR).
