The soft tissue – the matrix concept

As the name implies the connective tissue connects and supports all organs, muscles, bones and the whole vascular and neural system. It is a continuous molecular fabric or living matrix that extends throughout the living body and throughout each cell. It looks like a complex network of fibres filled with fluids.

The connective tissue implements various functions, such as:

  • Connecting the different kinds of tissues
  • General support of the body (only with a firm support of the bodily tissue are the vessels able to function)
  • Protection of the organs and the cells
  • Protection against foreign bodies
  • Transport and interchange of a wide range of information
  • Transport of nutrients, nutrition of the cells and nutrient storage
  • Releasing of waste products

Texture of the bodily tissue

The bodily tissue can be considered as one, big super-organ, which connects, bathes, nourishes and supports the whole organism. The tissue is a place of interchange. It ceaselessly organizes the smooth functioning of all interchange processes between the sub-systems.

The connective tissue consists of various cells (immune cells and fix cells such as fibroblasts), collagen and elastic fibers, extra-cellular matrix, dissolved nutrients and non-collagen proteins.

The Extracellular Matrix plays a sustainable role within the connective tissue.

Thanks to the extra cellular matrix all cells are connected. All cell information is quickly transmitted through the ECM. The ECM is like the ocean, whereas the cells are like the fish swimming in the water.

The extracellular matrix (ECM) is the point of all important basic regulatory functions and acts as the central field of metabolism regulation. Each cell reaches the central field und uses it as a platform for all kinds of metabolism processes. Only a good structured and healthy ECM enables the smooth functioning of metabolic processes.

Balanced metabolism-processes enhance and preserve health, whereas unbalanced, impeded or misguided metabolism-processes result in ailments, disorders or chronic diseases.

Chronic disease is always the result of an unbalanced and impeded metabolism enhanced by sluggish and weakened soft tissue.

Weakness of soft tissue

The weakness of the connective tissue is due to constant metabolic hyperacidity.

Metabolic acidity has a negative impact on:

  • Collagen synthesis
  • Nutrients intake
  • Neutralisation and releasing of toxins, heavy metals and waste products

The more bodily tissue incorporates and deposits toxins and waste products, the more the blood circulation slows down. Fluid congestions occur, as they contain proteins, the connective tissue becomes “doughy”. The deposits harden, the lymphatic flow becomes sluggish, waste products can not be eliminated, the cells have more difficulty providing nutrients and oxygen, therefore the metabolism is no longer in balance.   Regulatory mechanism to keep the pH value in balance fails. If the lymphatics do not succeed in removing the accumulated fluid, it results in oedema.

Protein-rich oedema create fibrosis and adhesions, often leading to a detoriation in condition if not adequately treated.

Risk Faktors/ lymphatic-blockers

Risk factors causing weakness of connective tissue are:

  • Smoking
  • Too much sugar, saturated fats, coffee and alcohol
  • Not enough fruit and vegetables
  • An unbalanced diet
  • Medication (corticosteroids, NSR pain-killers)
  • Too little sleep
  • Physical inactivity (but also sport in excess)
  • Stress
  • Geopathic stress
  • Environmental factors (heavy metals and radioactive radiation)

The systems medicine – the Matrix concept

The systems medicine is a new branch within bio medicine. This new branch is based on the systems theory. This theory has been highly influential in a wide variety of disciplines such as physics, biology, chemistry and especially, cell biology and epigenetics.

The Matrix-Rhythm-Therapie (MaRhyThe)

Cellular structures as well as physio-chemical processes are being rhythmically generated during life span. Life without rhythm is not possible. The Matrix-Rhythm-Therapie takes advantage of the physiological cell-pulsation.

The diseased connective tissue is stimulated by the Matrix-applicator. Cellular processes are gently reactivated by training effect. In consequence, the ECM (extracellular Matrix) starts flowing again and the cell-metabolism is reestablished.
